As seen on the Good Food Channel's, Market Kitchen's Big Adventure, you can now purchase our range of award winning sausages online and have them delivered to your door by courier. Our sausages and traditional pork cuts are from the rare 'Berkshire' pig. A succulent, meaty 'real pork' taste - nothing like that of supermarket pork. In fact, you cannot buy this type of pork in the supermarket.

We produce Water Buffalo meat, sausages, mince and traditional cuts. A healthy alternative to beef.

What started as a humble vegetable garden progressed to farming in 2006 because we wanted to eat quality, healthy food. Our livestock have been chosen, not only for their superior taste and quality produce but for their suitability to our land and extensive farming system.

We do not use petrochemical fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides on the farm. We only feed our Buffaloes their natural food - grass (and hay in winter) and avoid the use of grain - used by most farms, including organic ones, to speed up their growth rate. We avoid feeding them grain as it changes the acidity of their stomach which leads to health problems for the animal. It also produces less healthy meat for us! "Pasture Fed" is best! Our Water Buffalo are pasture fed and have naturally occuring ponds available to them when the weather is hot - so that our produce not only tastes wonderful but is natural and healthy too.

For Pork with a traditional, 'old fashioned' taste, we hold the Berkshire Pig Breed in high regard. Our Berkshire pigs are outdoor reared and finished in our woodlands & have produced our range of award winning sausages as seen on Market Kitchen's Big Adventure.

We welcome visitors to our farm and farm shop on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm until 7pm or by appointment. We hope you enjoy shopping at our online shop and we look forward to hearing from you again in the future.
